Historical ALD publications with two VPHA comments

Now that I have listed the articles in ALD-history-evolving-file with zero or one comment, for the sake of completeness, it will be good to list also those with two or more comments for the same moment. The publications below have received two comments in the ALD-history-evolving-file in the Virtual Project on the History of ALD (VPHA).
