The abstract of the VPHA poster for the EuroCVD-BalticALD conference in Luxembourg (https://www.eurocvd-balticald2019.lu/) has just been made available via the VPHA website. Title: "Overview of doctoral theses on Atomic Layer Deposition collected in the Virtual Project on the History of ALD". You can access the abstract here: http://vph-ald.com/VPHApublications/VPHA_poster-abstract_EuroCVDbalticALD-2019.pdf.
The plan is that the abstract and poster will be published later in Zenodo, too (see: http://aldhistory.blogspot.com/2019/04/vpha-status-update-2019-04-28-posters-and-zenodo.html). I wanted to publish the abstract there already and the coauthors agreed to this; this has not progressed, however, because of my personal limited time. (The author names need to be entered in Zenodo manually one by one, I have to do that myself (if I am the one who uploads, anyway), and I have not had time to do that filling yet.) Another important matter which has slowed down the progress is that Zenodo asks for the ORCID numbers of all authors - these we need to gather still. All VPHA contributors can add their ORCID in the ALD-history-evolving-file as a comment next to the contributor name.
