For your information, an abstract has been submitted yesterday to the EuroCVD-Baltic ALD conference in Luxembourg, https://www.eurocvd-balticald2019.lu/. The final submitted abstract is attached for your reference. Minor changes made since the previous version:

·       *  Some name/affiliation info updated, as requested

·        * Formatting was updated to be in line with the conference abstract template instructions

Thank you for everyone’s cooperation with this! Special thanks to Felix, who this time entered all authors in the submission system – it is a tedious work with 76 coauthors...

We have been planning to create an abstract also for the ALD 2019 conference, https://ald2019.avs.org/. I will come back to this plan later.
